ABOUT STEM 2024
STEM 2024 is a dynamic two-day conference dedicated to the latest thinking, trends, tools and resources in STEM Education. The event is an initiative of the NSW Department of Education in association with the Teaching, Learning and Student Wellbeing Directorate, and the Newcastle Academy of STEM Excellence based at the Hunter School of the Performing Arts.
STEM 2024 features a diverse lineup of inspiring keynotes, educational EdTalks, deep dive sessions, hands-on workshops, and sponsor demos, along with the chance to network with your teaching colleagues, speakers and sponsors. This conference has been running since 2018, and since its inception has welcomed a wide array of speakers — STEM experts, transformative innovators, and game-changing educators — and has attracted thousands of teachers and STEM enthusiasts from across Australia and beyond.
